Ondo church attack: Otunba Fasawe calls incident ‘provocative,’ sympathises with traditional rulers

The Asiwaju of Owo Kingdom, Otunba Oyewole Fasawe, has strongly condemned the heinous terrorist attack, and killing of many innocent worshippers during a church service at St. Francis Catholic Church, Owo city, Ondo State, on Sunday, June 5, 2022.
Fasawe, the distinguished Owo chief, also commiserated with HRM Oba Gbadegesin Ogunoye, and the ‘Ojomo Luda,’ the traditional rulers of Owo Kingdom, according to reports.
Meanwhile, Fasawe expressed concern about the country’s ongoing insecurity and encouraged relevant security agencies, both at the local and national level, to step up efforts to protect the lives and properties of Nigerians.
